Fortune Firearms Return Policy: Commitment to Satisfaction

At Fortune Firearms, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that every purchase meets or exceeds your expectations. We understand that there may be instances when you’re not completely satisfied with your order. Our return policy is designed to provide a clear and straightforward process to address such situations, always aiming to correct any issues to your satisfaction.

General Return Guidelines:

Product Conditions: All products sold are new and covered under the manufacturer’s warranty unless specified otherwise. Defects or issues related to product quality must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
Return Authorization: Prior approval from Fortune Firearms is required for all returns. Please contact us at help@fortunefirearms.com to initiate a return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Window: Returns must be requested within 10 days of product delivery
Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items, including denied, undelivered (abandoned), or unopened products
Condition of Returned Items: Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, documentation, and registration cards.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for returning products are non-refundable. Returned items must not be sent COD or in damaged packaging.
Insurance and Tracking: We recommend using insured shipping with a tracking number when returning products to ensure their safe delivery.

Specific Return Policies

Firearm Returns: Firearms can only be returned if found defective or damaged during shipment. Inspect your firearm thoroughly at your transfer dealer before completing the transfer. Returns for firearms after the transfer to the buyer are not accepted; warranty issues must be addressed with the manufacturer post-transfer
FSC and DROS Fees: Fees associated with Firearm Safety Certificates and Dealer Record of Sale submissions are nonrefundable.
Cancellations: Order cancellations are subject to a 6% fee if requested before shipment. Orders canceled after shipment or after being transferred to our stores for pickup incur a 20% restocking fee.
